JzTI specialises in the development of sustainable transport systems under two main areas of focus: public transport and network design. Each of these practice areas includes a subset of further specialist activities as described below.

Traffic Calming for residential neighbourhoods and commercial road corridors
Pedestrian Design including network planning, safety evaluation, walking quality assessment, and safe intersection design
Cycle Planning including network planning, safety evaluation, cycling quality assessment, cycleway design and bikeshare
Transport Strategies for the creation of transport networks that are interconnected, balanced, resilient and contextually appropriate
